Immune Boosting Spiced Cider

Ingredients for Cider:

  • 8 Cups of water
  • 1.5 pounds apples (cored and quartered)
  • 1/2 of one orange (quartered)
  • 1 c. Immune Support Tea
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • 4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 Cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tsp Cloves (used ground cloves for extra spice)
  • 1/4 c. fresh Ginger

Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat medium and simmer for 45 minutes.

Let stand for 20minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste.

Nourish™ Pomegranate Tea Spritzer

Ingredients for Spritzer:

  • 1 gallon pitcher
  • 3 TBSP Nourish loose leaf tea
  • 2 Liters club soda
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • 4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 Cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tsp Cloves (used ground cloves for extra spice)
  • 1/4 c. fresh Ginger

Steep Nourish tea in 2 quarts of boiling water and allow to cool.
Fill pitcher to 1.5 quarts with club soda. 
Mix in pomegranate juice.
Add Nourish Tea, cover.
Refrigerate and serve over ice or
Muddle with 1-2 mint leaves and serve over ice

Garnish with mint (if not muddled) or rosemary and enjoy.

Lavendar Cookies (She-Time)

Ingredients for Cookies:

  • 2¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup sugar for rolling cookies, in a bowl

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Food process the tea to desired consistency (it's okay if it isn’t a fine powder. Remove any larger pieces that you are not able to grind. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, finely ground tea, and salt in a medium bowl.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in egg, vanilla, milk and honey. Slowly add dry ingredients, and mix until just combined. Roll the dough into teaspoon-sized balls and roll each ball in the bowl of sugar. Drop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet about an inch apart.

Optional: pinch a bit of the loose leaf tea over the top of the cookies
