Welcome to Herbal Honey! We’re pleased to provide transparent shipping terms to ensure your experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Shipping Area & Eligibility
We ship to addresses within the United States and its territories only (including the 50 states and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO military addresses). International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate shipping: $6.99 for all orders under free-shipping threshold.

  • Free ground shipping: For orders with a subtotal of $75 or more (before tax and after discounts), shipping is free.

Order Processing & Transit

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from our fulfillment facility.

  • Your order typically ships within 1–4 business days, after payment and delivery address are verified.

  • Transit times vary by destination; we use reliable carriers to get your package to you as fast as possible.

Shipping Method

  • Ground shipping is the default method and included in the flat rate or free-shipping offer.

  • If you require expedited shipping (2-Day, Overnight, etc.), please contact us—additional charges may apply.

Free Shipping Qualifier

  • The order subtotal must be $75 or more (excluding tax and shipping) to qualify for free shipping.

  • If the order is split into multiple shipments, the free shipping threshold must still be met for each shipment to qualify.

  • Refunds of orders that originally qualified for free shipping will result in shipping cost being deducted if the remaining subtotal falls below $75.

Exclusions & Restrictions

  • As noted, we do not ship outside the United States and its territories at this time.

  • PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories are accepted under the flat rate/free-shipping terms.

  • Shipping rates and policies are subject to change; any changes will apply to new orders only.

Tracking & Support

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Delays

  • Occasionally, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume. We appreciate your patience if your package experiences a delay.

  • If a shipment is delayed and no tracking update has occurred for 14 days, please reach out and we’ll investigate or send a replacement.
